We like to hear your opinion so your trip will raise to your expectations.

What is included in our trips?

We offer all-inclusive trips. This means that you well know what you’ve paid for. Only water during the day and personal purchases are not in the price. All entrée fees , taxes exc that are indicated in your travel program upon booking are included.

A short list of what is included:

·        4WD rental with driver how is also your guide

·        fuel

·        hotels ( no meals)

·        excursions

·        taxes on tourism, registration taxes

Steps taken upon booking:

It al starts with a tour request. This mostly happens By email where the client provides us with his question.

Hereafter we make a proposal. This is send back to the client who can make changes and ask questions so the itinerary meets to the needs and wants of the client and of course setting in account things like distance and time.

When the client is satisfied with the proposal we calculate the price and send it by email.

Once all is arranged we send a booking form in witch all is indicated and we ask to send it back when all necessary client information is filled in.

A prepayment of 35% must be paid on our bank account or true western union. The other part is paid upon arrival.

After we received the booking form all filled in and the prepayment  you receive a confirmation of your booking.
